Hell yes!

The gap to wallride at the end of this video has been called out by one or two people in the past, and I've been there when someone's eyed it up previously. It's pretty massive, and I remember at the time sort of hoping they wouldn't do it because that way I wouldn't have to shoot a photo of them killing themselves. Anyway, Jason Phelan is an absolute monster whether it's gaps to wallride or [censored], so it's not too surprising he nailed it. While we're talking of nailing things, Rich Wilson nailed the edit, which is itself 'Very Rich Wilson' in it's style - not that that's a bad thing. Enough talking anyway, check it out. Tom Bright is a rad dude, and I'm not just saying that because of the high likelyhood of me riding with him tomorrow. This is part 2 of Dry Spell - I posted Scotty T's part a few days ago. Bear in mind that Tom split his time between racking himself on those hippy hops and filming and editing the video - multi-tasking: it's not just for girls.

Brutal.

That's pretty much the harshest ball-ride out I can imagine (You'll see the one I mean). I mean, he bounces off it, twice? No thanks, no thanks... Anyways, plenty of good riding all up in that piece, so check out that trailer then check out the DVD when that drops. FBM!

The BMXFU video's been getting slowly uploaded by Charlie Crumlish for the past few days/week. I watched this video around a friend's house, and man, it is long. I don't mean that in a good way either - it's probably one of the longest BMX DVDs I've seen in recent times. The 'skip' button got rinsed fairly heavily, so I can't really remember in my head which sections were good and which weren't. Despite being reasonably anti-park on a personal level, I still really like watching Harry Main ride. He's certainly pounding out the footjam variations these days, but that's not all he does in fairness to him. Jeremiah Smith also has some line-age in here too.

I originally saw this listed in the Streetphire video feed, then clocked it "4 reelz" on the WTP. Just get that bit of house-keeping out the way, now here's the video:

Debatable.

First up is a video by Miles Rogoish of the Worlds. Can see how it'd be annoying for someone to not wear a helmet after being told, but getting "The Heavies" out to try and lay down the law seems ridiculous. Otherwise, some awesome riding!

Seeeeecondly, this features the best skater snake I've seen in some time, and bearing in mind I live right next to a busy skatepark now, that's saying something. I like to think of that as being part of the justice I still need to hand out to the skaters at a certain concrete skatepark in London. Snaked 4 times riding the bowl once. Do one!

A cross-over post from another blog, with details of what's going on at Pijin? Mind-killer. Anyways, Netley's got some very reasonably priced T's on the go (£8 a pop, with free badges 'n' stickers? Hells yeah) which you can either get through him direct or from the shop. Blacks only go down to medium now, but there are smalls in white and yellow.

This is a video of a trip to Montreal by the dudes at Niagara St that features some spots I really wouldn't mind riding, a cool vibe, and a manual to 360 down a stairset that I didn't for one second actually think was going to go round. You'll see what I mean...



Mike King's been busy in Germany - not only getting that Mr. Watkinson video out, but also this trip edit too. Much like my earlier statement that I'm not allowing people to post videos with Tanwalls in 'til I get some, I'm also going to have to respectfully ask that no-one else goes on trips, makes cool edits and puts them online 'til I get a chance to head off somewhere. Feels like forever since I last went on a trip!

Harry Main has broken his leg, which sucks. This means yet another no-show for the apparently much anticipated live battle between Mark Webb and Harry. BMX: Serious business.

Apparently you don't need to reserve getting comped out strictly to riding indoor parks any more - take that passive-agressive vibe to the internet! I'm guessing it's not really intended in that vein as Harry Main is pretty sound, but one-upping people by posting individual tricks seems a bit... weird.

They might take the footjam nosepick away from us, but they'll never take the footjam-less nosepick.
