Also, 4Down have released their "Substance #3" video, filmed in Iceland. Cool riding, cool editing, cool filming, cool temperatures.



Staff took all their ridiculously good riders on a bit of a trip. Unsurprising, the riding is really, really good.

FBM sort of re-posted the Tom Blyth web-edit that came out late last year. It's an awesome vid, and it'd be rude not to re-post it, so here it is!



Speaking of old videos, this is 4 days or so old but I only got a chance to watch it yesterday. You've no doubt seen it elsewhere, but... well... handle it, I guess. From Mutiny.



It's always kinda seemed to me that Lotek had the fashion kinda riders, but Vans had the awesome, under-rated riders. This video goes some way to proving that - the second part of their Cali Bro tour. Pretty long, might wanna load this beaut up for a bit first.



I know what you're thinking - rain, in the North East? Best believe. Here's a vid from some people I'd not really heard of before in this guise, the TuWheelsCo. Bit of a roadtrip edit, featuring some intriguing spots!



Lastly, just saw this over on Dig - Tonash Goodyear's edit of the building of the Nike 6.0 Tunnel Jam. Really nicely filmed and edited with a pretty cool tune - not much in the way of riding, but those three plus points outweigh that!

In semi-related news, I once stripped a Tierra frame. It took a lot of time because it had apparently been comprised mainly of powdercoat rather than good old fashioned steel. Well, last night, I decided to strip my haggard looking A2B frame. 3 hours. 3 damn long hours of Nitromors and wire wool/brushes. That was some thick paint, and the rust-proofing didn't help much either.

Not worth it.

Sweet.

Having a job is surprisingly awesome!

Kyle Hart has a sweet bike.

Seeing frames like this makes me want a nice, high quality, hand-made frame with a sweet clear-coat over it. I mean, just look at it. Awesome.

While we're talking FBM, Tom Blyth has some cool blog posts up. Few and far between, but interesting nonetheless.
Duffs (Or is that "DuFFS™"?) have their autumn/winter line up. Goes without saying that some are far, far nicer than others - make your own mind up!

Photobucket is officially the worst online image sharing site around. There, I said it. As a result of it's feeble layout, I can't post the actual flyer, but I can tell you that the next P5 jam is going to be at BRISTOL on the 6th September. Be there or be square!

Hello again.

Yeah, been a while. This weekend was full of riding, fun times and general merriment, none of which involved online things, so not much blog activitititititity.

A quick look at the BMX fashion forecast: Headbands are still in, and ETs are most definitely on their way in. Couple cut-off skinny jeans, a headband and an ET and you're set for this summer's look. Unrelated to that but related to the video - I've been so tempted to grab a hang-5er's rear peg before, but I knew that would happen. I'm too nice.



Tim tells me I've been overly harsh recently, so I'll try and tone it down.

Anyways, Luke Peeters (With 3 E's) is now on United, as is Boiski. However, Boiski didn't get a 'Welcome to the Team' edit - favouritism!



Apparently they have bios and stuff on the United site, but I didn't really care enough to find out. I'm sure 90% of the Internet's word is true enough.

Shadow have some new clothing out, go check it on their site in some flip-book somewhere (They're still not good - even Russ agrees!).

FBM inform me that Mickey Marshall is no longer riding for them, they have a new Exodus prototype (Ironically named - fair play for that!), and that people around the world are still willing to put the time in to make awesome birthday cakes:



For those of you who can't imagine what a crinkly tube looks like inside (Kinda like the outside, but inside), Sunday have the answer!

Shola have some proto fork photos up (In conjunction with Brucey/KHE? Who knows) - that logo's dangerously close to the edge of the bottom of the steerer tube bit? (Tech term.)



Dig have been utterly pounding the Facebook News Feed today, which happened to include this gem - the Tom Blyth Sturdy Wrists. Old Dig is rad, film is rad, Tom B is rad. Rad^3!

Dennis Enarson has a Day In The Life Of video up somewhere, but I have almost no idea where I watched it or even what player it was on. All I can remember is he lives pretty close to the Mexican border, enjoys eating Mexican food, had a shoulder surgery the day after the riding was filmed, and looks exactly like both of his parents. I suppose in a way that's all you need to know?

On my 'Quick last check!' BMX news scour, happened to stumble upon this video of Mark Mulville - always a pleasure, never a chore.

FBM sent their "3 Toms" to Malaga for some filming and sun, and this video is what they came up with. Really nicely filmed (Looks great in HD too), nicely edited, and some ridiculous riding from all of 'em ('specially Tom Blyth - if I don't ride for a week I feel rusty as hell, he's out for months and months, and comes back like that?!).

Ride UK have clicked on various toggle boxes in Wordpress to create their new site. Not really keen on it (Clusterf- well, you get the idea), but it's not my call. Similarly in "Not keen" news, this is from their upcoming "UK's most influential riders" piece. It involves Corby, a load of park dudes, and is features the 20 most influential riders? Hmm, we'll see. I'm foolishly hoping that this time, a "These guys are really good" thing from Ride doesn't exclusively refer to a select few park riders. One day...
