Clash of the shoe companies? Two 10 minute (ish) videos, two sunny locations in Europe, two teams with awesome riders, two totally different budgets/setups/ideas. All good though...
Almond...
Etnies...
Pat King is amazing. This is from Banned 4 and... well... you just need to watch it. Now.
I'm sure there's more, but I'm completely burnt out. If I can function properly tomorrow I'll attempt to resurrect things... Bye for now.

Cool Video Tuesday?
It just doesn't have that same ring to it, but hey ho, cool videos are cool videos.
As a bit of serious business first, I've had a couple of people ask me if Dan's alright - as some of you may know, there've been some pretty serious earthquakes over in Christchurch in NZ where Dan's living these days. We got a call at about 3am saying that he's alright and his friends are all safe too, so that's all good to hear.
SRS BZNZ aside, here's some more up-beat stuff. Dakota Roche is an animal. In case the massiv array of logos doesn't give it away, he's also got the hook-up from Monster. He's also got pop!
Next up are a couple of "Exclusives" - some pretty entertaining comments in the chat section for The Make Winter 2011 video that appeared on TheComeUp yesterday. Some awesome riding from some super good but pretty under the radar people. Always a nice combo.
This is a bit of a contrast in many ways but not in a bad way. Chris Childs over on Defgrip.
And as yet another contrast - although mainly to the whole of the BMX scene these days - here's Mike Brennan from DQYDJ2, thanks to Animal.

Cool Video Friday
It's sort of happened again in that I've been able to catch up with the interwebs once more.
Mikey Luplow put out a cool edit for Mutiny:
Aaron Ross and Chase Hawk featured in a Defgrip Exclusive by Devon Hutchins that you can view here.
For a legitimately Friday-released video, look no further than this Jake Seeley edit.
EDIT: Totally forgot this! Kinkidy Kink.

So good
This video's so good I've broken my 'no internet on trips' rule and I'm typing this on my friend's sofa in London mid-way through a little roadtrip. Sausages and bacon frying up, sunny T-shirt weather outside, it's the weekend, game on. Mike Mastroni ahoy.

Cool Video Friday #2
We've had one before, and here's another one.
Cool video from Simpel Session featuring some pretty rad bicycle stuntery:
From Ride US.
A cool video of Tony Hamlin doing some bicycle stuntery where things are a lot warmer and drier.
And lastly, just a plain, old fashioned cool video featuring people I've never heard of before having a fun time.
Bueno!

Hotchpotch
Another day, another cool Rich Forne/Mutiny edit. This time featuring Mat Roe taking one in the ribs (And simultaneously one for the team) at the Works. Cool vid!
Another week, another cool Tuesdays With Miles edit. Pretty much chock full of riders I like watching ride: I approve. Fastplant to fastplant? Yeeeeah.
In semi-related news, Tammy Jane has some cool clips in this, as do the rest of the Coalition team.
Didn't even realise that Tony Hamlin was on Coalition...

Perfect 10
Just a quick size comparison of the new S&M Perfect 10 bar placed behind a set of United Grandes. The future of things to come? Or going a bit too far?
While I'm on here, does anybody have any Perfect 10 magazines they'd like to donate? They stopped printing years ago but I remember the content being pretty awesome...
Postscript
Just spotted this over on the substantially awesome Props website - I remember seeing this in the actual Props 71 DVD and thinking it was cool, but this jam looks all good.
This is a lot older (online speaking) but from the same issue - Steve Debusk has a pure meathead style, despite being vegan (that's "pure meathead style" in a very good way). Yeah, you work that out. Rad lines.

Reason.
Almost a week off? Er... yeah... about that...
Whilst I didn't really do much in the space of a week apart from ride quite a lot and watch rugby matches in freezing stadiums in Cardiff, Rich Forne managed to show how the productive people of the world do things by going to Israel and managing to get a billion clips despite both riders taking themselves out of the equation mid-way through the trip. Skills. A different take on things to most BMX videos which is cool to see.
That was for Mutiny in case you hadn't guessed.
Keeping it more local (Although knowing Bow, probably about as dangerous as being in Israel), Tim Lewis is now hooked up good 'n' proper and has this video to celebrate that fact. I knew Tim pretty well from the 3 years of riding around London we shared together, but getting to hit up London again recently to say hi again was a treat. Rad dude, and no video will ever really give you the full Tim experience.
Tim's style always sort of reminded me of Brad Simms, and as if to just give me the evidence to try and prove that, The Set put up this video of him a day or two ago. Simply ridiculous. Going uuuup...
Lastly, Cinema put this up today. Awesome team, soon to have some good product flowing out the door too if rumours are to be believed? Anyways, here she blows.
